Data controller

LEADERSHIP Α.Τ.Ε., 53–55 Eleftheriou Venizelou, Agia Paraskevi 15341, Attica, Greece. Privacy enquiries: info@leadership.gr, +30 210 6000 994.

Data we receive

Land enquiries include your name, email, telephone, area, type of interest and any optional property details or message. We record the submission time, reference and notice acknowledged. Other communications contain information you choose to share. Hosting may maintain technical access logs for operation and security. The form uses a cryptographic IP fingerprint to limit abusive submissions.

Purposes and legal bases

We use information to answer enquiries and assess proposed property partnerships: steps at your request before a contract where applicable (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)), or legitimate interests in managing communications (6(1)(f)). Security and abuse prevention rely on legitimate interests. Specific legal obligations rely on 6(1)(c). Optional external content relies on your consent where required. The enquiry form does not subscribe you to a newsletter.

Access and recipients

Land enquiries are kept in private administration for authorised company personnel. Hosting, technical support and email providers may process data when supplying their services. Email alerts contain a reference and an administration link, not the full form submission.

External services and transfers

Choosing Calendly, WhatsApp, Google Maps, YouTube, Vimeo or an externally hosted file connects you with that provider under its own privacy policy. Processing may occur outside the EEA; provider policies explain relevant countries and safeguards. The Calendly calendar and embedded video players load only after you choose to activate them. Appointment details entered in Calendly, such as your name, email, telephone and selected time, are submitted through its service and are available to Leadership to organise the appointment. Calendly processes scheduling data on our behalf and applies its own privacy notice to the operation of its service. WhatsApp drafts may contain the selected project or residence; you decide whether to send the message.

Retention

Enquiries are retained as needed to assess and answer them and manage the related discussion. Retention is reviewed when the enquiry ends, considering legal duties and the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims. Marking an enquiry ‘Archived’ does not delete it. Contact us about a specific record or erasure request. Rate-limit fingerprints cease contributing to checks after 24 hours and are removed when the relevant file is next processed.

Your rights

Subject to GDPR conditions, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction or portability, or object to processing based on legitimate interests. Consent can be withdrawn without affecting earlier lawful processing. Contact info@leadership.gr; necessary identification may be requested. We normally respond within one month, subject to lawful extensions. You may complain to the Hellenic Data Protection Authority at www.dpa.gr.

Providing data and automated decisions

Required form fields are needed to submit and handle the enquiry. Providing information is your choice; you may contact us by telephone instead. Do not send sensitive personal information or third-party data without authorisation. The website does not make automated property or partnership assessment decisions.
